Ideal for: colloquia, conferences, seminars, lectures, screenings etc.
Facilities: fully equipped for screenings (with projector and screen), also includes an adjoining space with shower facilities, toilets and a cloakroom.

Half-day 8:00-12:00 or 14:00-18:00: €700
Full day 8:00-18:00: €1,200
Evening 18:00-midnight: €1,000
Each extra hour after midnight: €200
Weekend package (Friday 18:00 - Sunday 18:00): €3,000

The Erasmus Salon

An elegant reception space in the museum's modern extension.

Capacity: 100 (standing)
Ideal for: cocktails, breakfasts, private gatherings etc.
Facilities: office with refrigerator, WCs, cloakrooms

Conditions

The advertised rental prices include all relevant charges (staff, water). Catering services are not included in these rental prices. Chairs and tables for meals/cocktails etc. are not provided.

All private hire bookings include free guided tours of the library and its exhibitions.
